With more than two decades of strategic planning experience, Catharine leads Stragility’s planning and execution services. Her straightforward and polished approach is appreciated by those seeking an honest and effective partnership for change.
Catharine founded Stragility to provide clarity and focus to leaders from across all industries. Her proven strategic process is shaped by her own experiences, having worked in leadership roles across a number of sectors, including technology, manufacturing, marketing, and higher education. She brings positive energy, authenticity, and a healthy dose of humor to the often frantic, bottom line-driven business environment.
Catharine received a BA in English from Union College and an MS in Administration from University at Albany. She has been trained in the EOS methodologies (from Traction) and is a presenter/moderator for various organizations.
A strong advocate for community engagement, Catharine is Chairwoman for the Joseph W. Potvin Foundation, and she sits on the Board of Directors for both the Epilepsy Foundation for Northeastern NY and the Capital Region Chamber committees. She also participates in Special Olympics fundraising events and is a Strategic Alliance Partner for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of Albany.
